Sometimes you want to override those rules permanently for a specific item: &lt;em&gt;&amp;ldquo;never touch this trinket&amp;rdquo;&lt;/em&gt; or &lt;em&gt;&amp;ldquo;this green is just junk to me, always vendor it&amp;rdquo;&lt;/em&gt;. That&amp;rsquo;s what the lists are for.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Both lists are saved per account, survive reloads, and apply to every Character.&lt;/p&gt;
